Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Logan County, Kansas. You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
