On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Rotating shifts.
