Trainee butcher • Bomadi, Delta State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Bomadi, Delta State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦165,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
