Urgent requirement: press machine operator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in San Augustine County, Texas. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. On the job you will handle: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature What we are looking for: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
