Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Bali, Taraba State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
