Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Biu, Borno State. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
