Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
