Urgent requirement: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Allamakee County, Iowa. The role involves strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. What we are looking for: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
