Bakery assistant — Pipestone County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Pipestone County, Minnesota. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 1+ years on the tools preferred. $8,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
