Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Day to day you will shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; give each garment a final press before packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments.
