Vacancy available: tandoor cook (Taraba State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Bali, Taraba State. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
