Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Webster County, Georgia. The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Overtime paid at a premium rate.
