Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On a typical shift you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; write and edit G-code programs at the control; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); load and index turning tools in the turret.
