Oven operator wanted in Boluwaduro

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Boluwaduro, Osun State. The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
