Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Your main tasks: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Performance bonus on top of base pay.
