Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Offa, Kwara State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
