Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Mahoning County, Ohio. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience.
