Catering cook wanted in Paulding County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Paulding County, Georgia. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
