Bread and bun maker • Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. You will be based at a cake shop. You will score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker 2+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
