Maintenance painter • Platte County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Platte County, Missouri. Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Your main tasks: • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job We offer $15 per hour plus benefits.
