Commis chef wanted in Isoko North

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Isoko North, Delta State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦8,000 per day plus benefits.
