Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Owan East, Edo. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
