Restoration bricklayer — Kamrup

Now hiring: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Kamrup, Assam. Day to day you will forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. You should bring proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks; NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage; sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish). Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹30,500 per month, based on your experience. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Full-time, day shift.
