We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Perry County, Illinois. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
