Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing technician in Okeechobee County, Florida. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Day to day you will fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
