Scullery hand wanted in Zurmi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Zurmi, Zamfara State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift.
