Canteen cook • Keffi, Nasarawa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Keffi, Nasarawa State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Six days a week, one day off.
