Canteen cook wanted in Trinity County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Trinity County, California. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
