Join our team: we are hiring a crane operator in Yusufari, Yobe State. On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Current medical and eyesight certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
