Immediate opening: wet plasterer (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Kent County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • CSCS card or willing to obtain one Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
