Urgent requirement: halal butcher (Washington)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Lewis County, Washington. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
