VMC operator • Obanliku, Cross River State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a VMC operator in Obanliku, Cross River State. Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
