The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₦8,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
