You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers Full-time with occasional weekends.
