Brickwork mason wanted in Stephens County

Join our team: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Stephens County, Texas. You will be based on a busy housing site. Day-to-day duties: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters Requirements: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $120 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
