Short order cook — Moultrie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Moultrie County, Illinois. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
