Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Fife, Scotland. You will be based at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Pay around £15 per hour, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
