Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
