Prep cook wanted in Bassa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Bassa, Kogi State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred.
