Bread baker • Wudil, Kano State

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Wudil, Kano State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
