What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
