Bread baker • Lyon County, Nevada

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Lyon County, Nevada. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
