Bread baker — Rusk County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Rusk County, Texas. Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Part-time with flexible hours.
