Immediate opening: prep cook (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Steuben County, Indiana. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
