Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Morrill County, Nebraska. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
