Line cook wanted in Noble County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Noble County, Ohio. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 4+ years on the tools preferred.
