Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Platte County, Nebraska. You will work in a textile mill. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges On the job you will handle: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
