Bakery assistant wanted in Gilchrist County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Gilchrist County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
