Oven operator — Glades County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Glades County, Florida. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
