Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Umatilla County, Oregon. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
